A priority mission managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for F.E.M.A. Their purpose is to provide homeowners and permanently occupied rental properties in disaster areas with fiber-reinforced sheeting to cover their damaged roofs until arrangements can be made for permanent repairs. No Cost: There are no costs associated with the Blue Roof program. Please contact us if someone is attempting to charge for Operation Blue Roof services.
