An open invitation to all Korean War veterans and comrades from District 9 to Homer Williams Post 8720 on July 27th from 1000-1200 hrs. Breakfast will be served to honor our Korean War veterans. Menu includes pancakes, sausage, bacon, coffee and juice. We hope to see you all here!

Once again, our Post has made All American! We met all the criteria and finished in the Top 25 of our Division. A sincere thank you to our Commander Paul Hamburger and ALL our members who maintained their membership and those who worked tirelessly through this pandemic year. We would not be the great Post that we are without YOU!

December 18, 2021 is National Wreaths Across America Day. Our mission to Remember, Honor and Teach is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 2,100 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad. Join us by sponsoring a veteran's wreath at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell. With every wreath that is sponsored, $5 will be donated to the Post to help us continue serving veterans in our area.
